All field users must agree to our terms and conditions before using the field.
Harling Dog Field is not liable for any damage, death, injury or loss to any person or animal while using the facility or the items within it, or to any third party as a result of any person or dog using the field. Your dog is your responsibility, please ensure their insurance and vaccinations are up to date.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your session start time.
Please remain in your vehicle with your dog until the previous field user has exited the car park.
Each session is 25 or 55 minutes use of the field and then 5 minutes to get your dog/s back in the car.
Please ensure your dog(s) are back in your vehicle within 5 minutes of your session ending.
Please make sure the field gate and car park gate are closed after entering and leaving the field.
Please familiarise yourself with the notices and information displayed in the hut.
Due to the booking and hire process we are unable to extend sessions if you are late into the field.
Please ensure your dog(s) are back in your vehicle 5 minutes before the end of your session.
You are required to clean up after your dog, please place the dog poo in the bins provided.
Please ensure you take your belongings with you.
Please note that your booking is only complete and valid once you have received a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email - this means your booking has not gone through and you have not successfully booked your requested slot, therefore you will be unable to enter the field.
Cancellations and rescheduling can be done no later than 48 hours before your session, after this time we will be unable to refund you.
We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund and notice will be given.
No refunds will be given for poor weather so please ensure you check the forecast before you book.
Please do not climb on the fencing or gates.
Your XL Bully must be kept on a lead and muzzled in public areas.
Your XL Bully must visit as a single dog or with dogs from the same household.
Your XL Bully must be microchipped.
You must be over 16 years old to handle an XL Bully.
You must have a third-party public liability insurance against your dog injuring other people.
You must have a valid Certificate of Exemption which you can supply if asked by a police officer or other relevant authority.
You must also comply with the government guidelines regarding owning an XL Bully.
The handler to dog ratio must be 1:1 (unless with other dogs from the same household).
You must keep your dog on a lead and muzzled until you in the field with the gate closed.
If your dog is visiting the field as a solo dog it is the handlers choice if they wish to remove the muzzle and lead as long as they can remain in control. This applies for if the XL Bully is visiting the field with other dogs from the same household.
If your XL Bully is visiting with other dogs from a different household, they must remain muzzled and on a lead with their handler.
